The Clinic at Elma is looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner .  This is to fill the position vacated by JoAnn Yost  who is retiring in May 0f 2010.  This is a busy nurse practitioner rural health clinic that has been in Elma since 1992. It is owned and managed by Cappella Healthcare that also owns and operates Capital Medical Center in Olympia.  

The position would be a minimum of 30 hours a week and could be full time.    We need someone with experience in family medicine and who is interested in seeing people with a wide range of problems.  We also have a long history of mentoring students and would like to see that continued.

We are a small family practice in Olympia.  We have a variety of patients but most 25-60yrs, small amount of peds and Medicare.  We do wwc and wcc, vaccines I would say a little of everything involving family practice.  We have a 1 day a week ARNP in the office now and just hired a locum for 2 months to help cover patients.  Of course I would like to find a permanent local ARNP to fit in.  Would like to offer 4 days a week.
