Centralia, Washington -- Providence Medical Group has an immediate practice opportunity for a psychiatric nurse practitioner to join our practice in this vibrant community halfway between Portland, Oregon and Seattle, Washington. Full time. Exciting opportunity to join a patient-centered medical home clinic in coordination with multiple primary care providers. A minimum of two years clinical behavioral health care experience is preferred. Also preferred: experience in assessing and treating substance use disorders; experience with child and adolescent mental health; and experience working in an integrated, collaborative environment. Valley View Health Center in Chehalis, Washington is recruiting for a full time ARNP for a busy and growing Community Health Center. Must have active Washington State RN and ARNP license, and DEA license.  This practice utilizes in depth knowledge of physical assessment and management of illnesses or conditions within the advanced registered nurse practitioner’s scope of practice.
